FAQ's

Shipping:

Please allow 2-3 business days before your items are fulfilled and dropped off at the post office. Orders are sent out Monday-Saturday.

-US Regular shipping: 5-10 Business days (*sometimes up to 15 days due to covid delays)

-US First class/Priority: 2-5 Business days (tracking included)

-International Shipping: 7-12 Business days **International orders, please keep in mind a possible delay due to the extra covid-19 measurements taken by mail carriers, may take up to 15-20 days)

 

Returns/Replacements/Refunds:

All sales are final and returns are not accepted. A replacement for a missing/misplaced package may be considered if there was an issue with the mail carrier or other incident. Refunds may be considered due to the circumstance.
